Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
5. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
6. How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $5.95 for all orders within the U.S.
Returns & Cancellations
7. What is your return policy?
Since our magnets are custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will make it right!
8. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
You can request modifications or cancellations within 24 hours after purchase. Once production begins, we cannot make changes.
